The Memory Mailer provides you with a simple way for you to ship your gown directly from your home to Wedding Gown Preservation Co.

The mailer provides you with easy to understand directions, plus everything you'll need to ship the gown (including: "special attention" stain stickers, bag, box, tape and UPS ARS prepaid shipping label) and a direct 800 phone number.

1. Memory Mailer
Purchase your Memory Mailer from White’s Photography for ½ price.

2. After the Wedding
Use your Memory Mailer to ship your gown:

Assemble shipping carton
Choose White, Silver or Gold preservation chest on the order form.
Place the folded gown and order form in the enclosed bag.
Put the bag in the box and use the enclosed tape to seal the box.

3. Pre-Paid UPS Shipping
Bring box to any of the following:

UPS drop off station or UPS driver
Mailboxes Etc.
Call 1-800 PICKUPS for UPS home pickup (a $10 charge will be applied)

Your gown will be shipped to your home within 10-15 working days!

Wedding Gown Preservation Company is a family run business operating in Endicott, NY for over 80 years. Each gown is professionally and thoroughly cleaned with our proven formulas to ensure all visible as well as invisible stains are removed. Once cleaned, each dress is professionally steamed, then placed in a acid free preservation chest with a full display window. Within 10 to 15 working days, your gown will leave our facility via UPS to be delivered to your home. An adult signature is required by UPS upon delivery.	Gowns are insured in transit for $500.00 If I want additional insurance, what do I need to do? When you receive your kit there will be a place on the order form to add additional insurance. It costs $2.00 per $100 worth of additional insurance.
What additional items can I send along with my gown? You may also send items such as headpiece, veil, garter, gloves, moneybag, handkerchief, slip, flower girl dress, etc. for an additional charge. You will indicate and pay for those items when you send your dress. Do not send payment for extra items when you order your kit! See pricing information below for costs of extra items.	What stains are removed with your process? We are able to remove at least 95% of all stains. Those such as tar, blood, grass stains, mud, grease and food are the most common and of course any sugar stains such as cake icing, wine and other types of beverages.
What exactly is the process used to clean the gown? Wedding Gown Preservation Company has several different processes that are used in cleaning. Each gown is evaluated before cleaning and the best process for that particular gown is used. All of the processes are safe, gentle and done by hand. Please note: we do remove shoulder pads and bust forms, as leaving them in the gown could cause damage over time. They are then packaged separately and shipped with your gown.	What can be seen through the display window? You will be able to see your gown and veil through the display window. All other items such as a train or accessories are positioned underneath the gown.
Can I have my veil and or other accessories cleaned, but not placed with my gown? Yes, you may for an additional charge. Please see the pricing information below.	If I need to open the preservation chest any time in the future, will that jeopardize or void the lifetime guarantee? Your guarantee will not be voided; however, you should take care to reseal the chest with the sealing squares provided. We have also enclosed gloves with which to handle the gown. If your gown has handled excessively or soiled it should be cleaned and preserved again.

Wedding Gown Preservation Company has a staff of six tailors and seamstresses that handle most repairs for a nominal fee.
Is my gown guaranteed? Yes! Wedding Gown Preservation Co. provides a 100% Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee against yellowing of the gown. If at any time the gown is found to have yellowed, we will restore the gown at no extra charge. Remember to never store your gown in an attic or basement..
