Note: Because we may already be booked for your date and time,
 a reservation is not confirmed until accepted in writing by White's Photography.
No date is confirmed until the required deposit has been paid.

Together with their current wedding price brochure containing package descriptions and deposit and payment requirements which are hereby incorporated into this contract, copies of which I acknowledge receiving, this contract contains the entire agreement between me and White’s Photography.  No date is promised without payment of required deposit indicated above. Since White’s may have turned down other weddings, a cancellation fee equal to the required deposit amount will apply.  This contract and any monies paid are not transferable.  White’s Photography’s liability is limited to the refund of any monies paid.  In case of illness or other events beyond their control White’s may substitute another qualified photographer.  Permission is granted for White’s Photography to use images made under this contract for display and general advertising purposes. Shooting time included in packages runs continuously from time photographer arrives on site.  I am at least 18 years of age and have read and received a copy of this contract.
