I found Paul White's Photography ad while traveling through Abilene last summer.
(We live in S.C., a good 1200 miles away)...
From the moment I read his ad and great website reviews, then finally spoke on the phone with Paul, I felt positive he would be the one who could take my family 8 mm films and convert them to DVD. It was a project
I'd wanted done for many years, but could never find the right company to trust that old precious footage to. Now 41 reels are combined onto one DVD. What an extra-special gift to present my mother and family
with! Paul is very professional, pleasant and easy to conduct business with. You
couldn't ask for better!

I want to express my gratitude to you for your help in my portraits and in helping me get my husband's family slides on DVD.  

 The whole experience from the moment I called to see if I could make an appointment with you was very professional and very courteous.  I had a bad experience with another photographer in town and I called your studio in hopes of getting my portrait made for a Christmas gift.  You were able to get me in quickly.  Once I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms.  You and your wife work so well together as a team and made me feel comfortable through all the different poses and changing of clothes.   

Once I received the proofs, there were so many good shots to choose from, it was difficult to make a decision.  In the end, we chose two different proofs.  The final portraits are very, very good and I am very pleased with the portraits.  

 In addition, you went over and above and created a fun hunting magazine cover with photos you took from a fun story I had discussed with you during the photography session.  This photo will also be a gift.  

 After the photography session, we were discussing pricing and you mentioned to me that you took slides and put them on DVD's.  My husband has old family slides and he had mentioned that he would like to have them on DVD.  I know it is a project that he would never do on his own.  To be honest, I had forgotten about my husband wanting the slides on DVD.  I appreciate you mentioning other services that you handle.  I took the slides to you and you had them ready for me in a very short time.  It is another gift that I will now be able to give my husband for Christmas and I know this will be a very meaningful gift for him.

"Hey Paul, I wanted to let you know what a fantastic job you did on my Mom's picture.  I took my sister her copy yesterday and she was absolutely thrilled.  The big picture that I told you about that my Grandmother had made years ago that had her looking like "Tammy Faye Baker" as my sister says is at my sister's house (she got it when my Grandmother died).  She has it behind her dresser because she doesn't like to look at it but doesn't want to get rid of it.  We are both so happy with our pictures now.  It's amazing what you did.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! "

Paul White is absolutely the BEST!! MY pictures are WONDERFUL!! On the other hand, my best friend Brooke had one of her friends who has a good camera take her weddings pics. When she saw my album she cried. Then she said this: "How could I have been so stupid. My pictures were just so-so. I will never get the chance to do this again. I thought I was being smart and saving some money - which I spent on those disposable wedding cameras and put them on each table. It cost me a fortune to have the prints made and I didn't get a single photo that I wanted. I could have spent that money and had Paul White for my photographer. DUMB DUMB DUMB. (And I'm not even blonde!) " I am Sooo glad I found Paul White!!

Paul White was a tremendous person to work with and a professional in every way. He was a delight in working with our daughter in shooting the bridal portraits. And he was very efficient and yet patient as he worked with many family members in shooting the group photos at the wedding. We picked up the wedding album from him this weekend and are so pleased. It is a beautifully designed album and the photos are excellent. Paul's prices were reasonable and he gave us lots of flexibility in choosing from different plans. My wedding day was the most wonderful experience of my life, and you are a major reason why. From the moment I met you I felt relaxed knowing that I didn't have to worry about my photographs. I was able to just bask in the joy of our day with our friends and family. When I saw the proofs I was blown away. I had no idea you had made so many wonderful pictures. It was so hard deciding which ones to include in our album, but once I had chosen them I could hardly wait to see the album design.

When I held my album in my hands, my heart was beating so hard that I thought it would jump out of my chest. Slowly I opened it and suddenly I couldn't hold back the tears. It was like all my warm memories of that day had come to life right before my eyes!

And to think I almost let a friend take my wedding pictures! I shudder to think that I would have never had this fabulous, fabulous album of memories!
