15 Signs A Marriage Is Going South

  1. You’ve stopped talking – except about the routine, "nuts & bolts" matters of everyday living.
  2. You no longer laugh together.
  3. Romance is missing. Remember the love notes, calls in the middle of the day, holding hands, kissing spontaneously, long walks, fun dates, little gifts, affectionate pats and hugs that you shared before you married?
  4. You have no shared short and long-term goals.
  5. You rarely, if ever say, "I LOVE YOU!"
  6. You share few, if any, interests, activities or friends.
  7. Disagreements never seem to get resolved.
  8. You feel resentment toward your spouse for past hurts that have never healed.
  9. Tempers flare over matters that aren’t that important.
  10. You criticize your mate to others.
  11. Intimate conversational relationships are established with members
    of the opposite sex.
  12. Sex is no longer satisfying, or you withhold sex as punishment.
  13. You rarely touch each other anymore – except for sex.
  14. You fantasize about being married to, or having a sexual relationship
    with someone else.
  15. Infidelity
