As your entertainment specialist, we believe that our commitment to you extends well beyond the actual reception. Our job is to ensure your satisfaction and eliminate the worries and stress associated with planning a reception. Therefore our commitment to you is the following:

Explain our services fully and address any concerns you might have in the hiring process.	On the day of your reception, we will set-up and arrive early.
Provide materials that will assist in planning the perfect reception.	We will dress according to your wishes. This is usually our tuxedo uniform.
Keep in contact on a regular basis, and keep you informed of any new ideas that could enhance your reception.	We will work with the other wedding professionals that you have chosen. This includes 1) Informing other professionals of schedules activities, 2) Working as a liaison to make sure everything goes smoothly, and 3) Acting as a reception coordinator to keep things moving along.
Arrange a meeting with the bride, groom and any decision-makers, usually about a month in advance, to firm up the reception details, become better aquatinted, and answer any questions.	We will play requests and music according to your wishes and most importantly, do everything within our power to make sure that everyone has a great time.
During the final week before your reception, contact you to make sure everything is proceeding according to plan and work through any changes you might have.

In short, our commitment to you is to make the planning stages of your reception as stress-free as possible and your reception as memorable as possible. Our goal is to never promise more than we can deliver and always deliver more than we promise.
